Best Part Of Playing Amateur Baseball: Teaching the young guys how to play the game. You can only do so much as a coach, but when they see how you approach the game, either as a pitcher, fielder, or hitter, hopefully they pick up that little thing you can't teach.

Thoughts on Brandon Wilhelmi's Return to the Tigers: I think when Davis heard that Wille was coming back he didn't stop smiling for months. It is nice to have a him back, great teammate, great player and adds someone to the after game crew. Our numbers have been dwindling the last couple years.

Should both the AL and NL use the DH with interleague play all year long? No. Let the pitchers hit in both leagues. Full time DH's are a joke. It was all just a plot by the big market teams (Yankees and Red Sox) so they could overpay someone to just hit and take them away from us more conservative teams. Ok sorry. I think that they should switch the rules for interleague play. In the AL parks play by NL rules and in NL parks play by AL rules. Give the fans a chance to see something different every once in a while.

Will Davis give Nocky an at-bat this year? He better or I am retiring. How do you hold a hitter with such a sweet stroke out of the lineup day in and day out?

Who will be the first person to miss a sign? Danny Christensen, yes I know he doesn't play for us anymore, but he will still miss the signs.

Favorite Baseball Announcer: Wow, tough. Wille is right, anyone but Joe Buck. Can't stand him. His dad was really good. Ueker of course. Since I am a Twins fan I have to say we have been blessed with some pretty good announcers all around. The best overall is probably Vin Scully though. He does the whole game by himself. He is play by play and the color guy. If you haven't heard him, you need to.

What should happen if a softball shows up in the dugout? Little Milly needs to load up the shotgun and blow that thing out to the river.

Parting Thoughts: Let's get it done this year, guys. I want to go to the State Tournament and actually get to pitch there this year.
