Best Part Of Playing Amateur Baseball: Impossible to narrow it down to one thing...competing, playing with players that I have coached, dugout talk, after the game social gatherings, listening to stories, it's a game that keeps me feeling young, playing playoff baseball, having my family in the stands watching, friendships developed over the years, and finally, watching Davis go off on umpires.

Greatest Baseball Game of All-Time: 1991 World Series Game Six - Kirby Puckett walk-off homer

Favorite Bob Fink Moment: 1. Playing on the same team as my son, Alex. 2. Watching Schwabie teach/coach individual and team defense...nobody does it better. 3. Walking into Marty Brandl's basement shrine....holy baseball, you have got to be kidding me. That is what I call a man's room! I used to tell friends that when I die I want my ashes spread all over a baseball field...that has now changed. I want my coffin placed in Marty Baseball's basement so I can rest in peace.

Thoughts on Ryan Sturm Getting A Real Job: Good things happen to great people. I couldn't be happier for Ryan Sturm. P.S. Hopefully his real job will not prevent him from coming back for playoffs. If he comes back, we will be headed back to state where we belong. We will go from worst to first!

Favorite Ballpark To Play At: St. Stephen

Should A Pitcher Ever Be Allowed To Catch A Pop-Up? Absolutely.....are you kidding me?!?

Describe Your Ultimate Hot Dog: Heavy on the ketchup, light on the mustard and just a tiny little bit of relish on a homemade bun.

Parting Thoughts: Quote from author Louis Lamour from the book entitled, Lonesome Gods: "Too many people are like oysters...they just sit at the bottom of the ocean waiting for something good to come by."
