The Tiger bats were clutch in the bottom of the eighth as they batted around, plating four runs.  Key in the inning were hits by Schwab, Bob Fink, Tews, and Kraska.  Springfield batted around and gained a 5-4 lead.  Tews went out and finished things up in the ninth inning, earning his fifth win of the season.

The come-back victory is the Tigers' fourth one-run victory of the season.  The win moves their record to 12-6 on the year.  Springfield's next game is a 5pm start at Lamberton on Sunday.
